Advantage Marketing usually ships orders for in-stock items by United Parcel Service within two business days of receipt. We will notify you by e-mail if your shipment will be delayed.

Shipping charges for single-destination orders are based on the dollar-value of the order. For any expedited UPS service, please contact George at Advantage Marketing for additional charges

* Standard Delivery Service: shipments to one location within the United States will arrive in 1 to 5 business days depending upon distance from Ashland, Ohio. See note below on International shipments. Add $8.95 for each additional split-shipment address.

Note: All shipments are FOB Ashland, Ohio. United Parcel Service, or the carrier you specify, is solely responsible for delivery compliance. In case of damaged or lost shipment, it is the responsibility of the buyer to file a claim with UPS or the specified carrier. Advantage Marketing will supply tracking numbers when requested.


International Shipments

Please contact Advantage Marketing for ordering information about International Shipments. Advantage Marketing will ship orders to destinations outside the United States subject to import restrictions, duties and taxes. Orders shipping outside the United States will be quoted and processed on an individual basis. Please contact Advantage Marketing with your requirements.


Returns

Advantage Marketing wants to make sure you are completely satisfied with your order. If you are unhappy for any reason, please contact us within 30 days for a return authorization. Merchandise returned without authorization will not be accepted. A $25.00 service charge plus a 15% re-stocking fee will apply on all returned goods. Goods damaged in transit require the buyer to file a claim with the carrier.
